Requirements: 31 prayer

As in every guild you have to be a certain level to get in for the prayer guild that level is 31 prayer but you can any level can access the monastery downstairs its also extremely boring at the best of times.

Location:

The prayer guild is located west of Edgeville east of the black knights fortress and north of Falador, its in probably the most remote place in the f2p lands apart from the wilderness and stands just a couple of squares away from the wildi border.

Access:

The best way to access the guild is from Edgeville but there is other ways from other major cities like Falador and Varrock which you can teleport to. There is also access from the nearby town of draynor which you can teleport to using the skull sceptre threw the security stronghold. See the map for directions.

The Ground Floor

The Ground floor is for all access and is mainly used for the killing of monks. Monks are level 5 but there hitpoints heal quickly so there good for people with a combat level of 20 - 30 to train on. Monks can also heal 14 - 15 and 16 hitpoints if you talk to them and can also tell you why the monastery so remote.

Abbot Langley

Abbot Langley is probably the head of the monastery (thought never confirmed). He doesn't do much apart tell you you can't get into the 1st floor if your less than 31 prayer and heals hit points if you ask him. He also tells you ( like the monks ) the reason the monastery is so remote. When Abbot heals you he gives you 9 -10 hitpoints but on the odd occasion gives you 11s and 12s

The Courtyard

The Court yard is in the centre of the monastery and theres 3 monks respawn there. This is the main place people brutally slaughter monks. Theres also a fountain where you can fill buckets, jugs and bowls up with fresh water.

The Prayer Guild

The Monesterys split in to half's east and west. There are two staircase at the southern most point of both sides where you can climb up if you have more than 31 prayer. Then you have entered the prayer guild which covers the whole of the first floor floors.

Brother Jered

Brother Jered can be fond in the western corridor of the first floor in a room with him and a lvl 5 monk. He wears the prayer skill cape which can be bought off him for 99,999 once your lvl 99 prayer. He also turns unblessed symbols into holy symbols for free.

The Prayer Altar

This Altar looks like the ordinary altar but its not it actually. When you pray at it you get 2 prayer points added to your original one even when your 99 so you can get 101. It doesn't thought change what you can do so if you have 32 prayer it will give you 34 points but that doesn't mean you can do ultimate reflexes which you need 34 to do.

The Monk Robe Respawn

In one of the rooms on the east side of the guild theres a table with top and bottom monks robes on they respawn every minute and they give you (top) + 6 and (bottom) + 5 prayer bonus

The Kharid Scorpion

South of the room with the monks respawn in is the Kharid Scorpion which you have to pick up for Scorpion Catcher. if you don't use a cage from the quest you will get stung and lose 3 hits.
