Purpleman200

by: purpleman200

Well where can I start, this massive multiplayer game is getting more popular over the years, ever since I started playing it in runescape classic, when it was really a 2d game in 2002. Around march 2002 is when it all started after I changed school and joined this online game with a few friends of mine who were already playing.

It seemed a good game as we were constantly competing against each other in either combat or a skill we preferred to level up. Nowadays, runescape has changed significantly as now when you start runescape the tutorial actually shows a bit about the game, well if u pay attention which I know 90% of people don't. To get started I want to add when playing runescape generally its good to play some music in background just to get more pumped up :)

Generally starting off in runescape people are always unsure what to do plus how to do it, although Jagex are constantly helping the newer players in runescape with the skills and moving around. Nowadays, they have proper sign posts and its almost straight forward, but generally when you start off you want to know what to do first and how to get more money or how to advance in the game quicker, generally with runescape you want to earn money but you don't know how.

I believe that too many people in runescape are concerned about getting money than actually playing the game for what its for - fun. When you start out with your original items I would generally advise that you begin to do some combat training just due to the fact almost everything in runescape either needs combat or is just easier with that bit more self defense behind your back. I would say to keep even stats so about 10 10 10 or even around those, and then you can work on other stats which can earn you money,I myself prefer to train all stats.

Purpleman200 runescape stats

I know that almost every stat can help you when your stuck either your mining and you get gems and wish to use them for crafting or just clearing out your bank and want to use the items and not just sell them to the general store. The ideal way that I prefer to play runescape is to keep a tidy bank so you know where your items are when you need them in rush, for example you don't want to hurry to your bank to sell a items which someone is paying a lot for and have to spend 10mins just looking for a rune essence pile, then when you find it the guy has already found his seller and you just wasted your time.

Well just to end this Mini-Guide ill add that to get anywhere in this online game I believe that its best to do what you enjoy doing the most but dont waste all your time killing monsters as you want to play a game for everything it has not just the icing on top of the cake.

Yes, any player can write a guide about their own character, what their favourite skills are and what they hope to achieve in runescape. As long as there is enough detail and it is written in normal english, then it will be published.
