Agility in Runescape FAQ

by: Latona

This is a collection of frequently asked questions for agility on runescape and helping you understand the skill more. If you have any questions that are not answered here then do not hesitate to submit your question either via email or registering on the forums and sending a personal message. If the question is suitable and relevant it will be added to this compilation for inclusion to benefit other runescape players who may have the same query as you.

1.Does agility work on non-member servers?
Yes, the higher your agility level is the quicker your energy will recover on both member and non-member servers.

2.How much does an agility potion increase my level and how long does it last?
One sip from an agility potion will increase your agility level by 3 levels. It will last for 3 game ticks and will reduce at a rate of 1 level per tick. A game tick is approximately 30 seconds.

3.How can I recover my energy quicker?
You can train a higher level of agility if you are a member or alternatively use one of the following items:
White tree fruit - this will recover 8% energy each
Energy Restore Potion - this will recover 10% energy per sip
Summer Pie - this will give +10% energy and add +5 to your agility level for upto 5 game ticks
Super Energy Potions - will recover 20% energy per sip
Strange Fruit - will recover 30% energy each
Goutweed Tuber - will recover 50% energy each.

4.When training Agility I do not always get a lap bonus, why is that?
Firstly not all agility courses will give a lap bonus when completed. If the course does give a lap bonus then you will need to complete every obstacle in that course once. If you fail any obstacle you will need to repeat it until you successfully negotiate it. Once all obstacles are completed successfully you will get your lap bonus.

5.I have a high enough agility level to get into the werewolf course but I cannot enter. Why?
Firstly, to enter the werewolf agility course you will need to be wearing the ring of charos. If you do not have this you may need to complete the Creature of Fenkenstrain Quest to gain it. If you already completed the quest then you should look to get a replacement ring otherwise you will not be able to train at the werewolf agility course.
