Throwing
knives are quite simple to make. Members will need to have the required smithing

bar will produce 5 throwing knives.
3. I have high enough
smithing and fletching to make Darts but it wont let me make them.

completed the Tourist Trap Quest. If you are not a member you will not be able
to smith the dart tips even if you were previously a member who had completed
the quest.
4. What is the best bow I can make?
The
best bow that has usable value is the Magic Shortbow. You will need level 80
