Food Price Guide
by: Tuami
Food in runescape is an essential item to help players train and improve their overall combat. It enables players to prolong their training times in their preferred training areas and helps them survive in the wilderness when engaging or evading opposing players.
Runescape food comes in many varieties and heals varying amount of hitpoints with runescape members having access to a greater variety of food that can heal more hitpoints at a time.
The cooking skill is where players will be able to demonstrate their proficiency in cooking all sorts of food found in the game. It is a relatively easy skill to train in the sense there is an enormous variety of methods to help players successfully gain levels with relative ease.
This food price guide is aimed at giving a general overview of the prices that players will expect to pay for either raw food (if they are training their cooking skill), or cooked food (if they are simply wishing to fight in the wilderness or train their combat skills). Actual prices ingame may vary depending on both the food buyer and the food seller so all players must be aware that the prices shown may vary when they are buying food ingame.

good guide but how are raw lobbys more expensive than cooked?

Prices for raw food in runescape are normally slightly higher than for cooked food because players can still get cooking experience for them. However, all prices on this site are outdated as it is too time consuming to keep up with current prices. Over at Zybez they have a database that is updated daily as there are a few people working on it - so to get reasonably accurate prices you can visit www.zybez.net/priceguide.php
