Murder Mystery

Well Murder Mystery a p2p quest which you can start by speaking to gossip outside the Sinclairs manor north of Seers Village. The plot of the quest is Lord Sinclair has been murdered and your helping the guards find the murderer. The Murderer is one of 6 people who live in the house and for everyone the murderers different.

Starting the quest

This isn't a hard quest but if you do it wrong it can be quiet long. In the end you need three bits of evidence to prove the Murderer Guilty.

To start talk to Gossip. He is outside the manor gates and once you talk to him he tells your lord Sinclair has been murdered and he can't figure out who did it. Say that you will help the family catch the murderer and he will say you should question people.

The Suspect

First go and talk to Bob who is near the fountain outside on the east side. He says something about a poison salesman so head to Seers village. The quickest way to get there is Camelot Tele but its just as quick to walk. The posion salesman is in the bar which is two house west of the bank on the north side off the road.

Talk to him and he will tell you he sold poison to all 6 members of the Sinclair household the day off the murder.

The 6 members are

Anna
Bob
Frank
David
Carol
Elizabeth

Now head back to the mansion and talk to 6 people. Each will say they used poison on one of the things listed below.

Anna says she used the poison in the compost heap in the garden.

Bob says he used the poison in the beehive in the garden.

Frank says he used the poison to clean the family crest on the east wall of mansion.

David says he used the poison to kill spiders in the spiders nest on the first floor off the mansion.

Carol says she used the poison to clean the kitchen sink.

Elizabeth says she used the poison to clean the fountain.

Visit each place and examine them all. One of the place will have no poison who ever said that place is the murderer but you need more prooth (oh yeah the murderer is different for everyone).

Now talk to the closest guard and he will say good work but we need more evidence.

Extra Evidence

You need to get more evidence. Head to Garden shed which is in the north west corner of the garden and search the sacks twice and you will get 2 sheets of fly paper. Now head to the room of the murderer and search the barrel. Each person have different item.

Anna has a Silver necklace
Bob has a Silver cup
Frank has a Silver pot
David has a Silver book
Carol has a Silver bottle
Elizabeth has a Silver needle

Once you have the item of the murderer. Now go to the room where the murder took place which is on the ground floor on the east side. Take the criminal dagger and the pugent pot. Now go to the kitchen and use your normal pot (not pugent) with the flourbarrel. It will fill it up with flour. Use the flour on the murder weapon. Then use a sheet of the paper you got on the murderer weapon to get a fingerprint. Now do the same with the silver item and you will get another fingerprint. Now use the unknown fingerprint with the known fingerprint untill they match.

Finishing the quest

To finish the quest go to a guard and he will say you need more evidence. Then go to the east side of the house outside and investigate the broken window and you will fins a piece of tread. That piece will be a different colour for everyone. Then go back to the guard and say you have more evidence. You have the evidence:

The murderer didn't use the poison for which he/she said they used it for.
There finger prints on the weapons matched
The thread is the same colour as there trouser or jeans

The guard will congratulate you and give you your reward.
