ok, so basically what u need (levels) are: 43 Quest points, 49 firemaking, 20 crafting, 20 mining. 49 smithing recommended.

Quests needed : must have ability to enter the lumbridge caves (from The Lost Tribe Quest).

items needed: a bullseye lantern (with oil in), a tinderbox, a lantern (candle, oil or bullseye, make suer it has oil in), a chisel, a cut sapphire, a rope, a pickaxe, and if you think you might get lost then also bring a spiny helmet.

Quest points gained from quest : 1

Rewards gained from quest : 1000 exp in crafting, access to the Tears of Guthix minigame.

Starting point of quest : lumbridge caves, Juna the snake.

How to start : talk to Juna.

step 1: enter the cellar and go through the hole. go south, until you get to rubble. use your pickaxe with it to clear the rubble, then go through. head south until you are in an area with big frogs (lvl 24) and giant frogs (lvl 90). jump the stone, go to the other side, and go through the tunnel. follow the path east, climbing down the rocks, and talk to Juna.

step 2: Juna will say that you need to make a bowl to get the Tears. You must mine special rocks, to the south. to the south there is a rock-climb, but it is one way.

step 3: extinguish a bullseye lantern, and use the cut sapphire with it. it should now be a sapphire lantern. light it, and head back up the rock climb you came from, but not out the tunnel. use your lit sapphire lantern with a light creature and you should be carried to a mine. mine one of these special rocks, and use your chisel with it to get the bowl. go down the rock climb (the one-way one, mentioned in step 2) and go to Juna. Quest complete.
