Gnome Stronghold Agility Course

The Gnome Stronghold Agility course is the place you can start training agility at with ease. The obstacles are all low agility and can be fun for a while.This is also where all low level agility players will come to first learn the skill and eventually move onto other courses and gain access to other areas when they have increased their level sufficiently.The table below lists the type of obstacle and the agility experience rewarded for successfully negotiating it. Additionally the bonus agility experience is highlighted as well as the full lap experience.
