Cooking Levelling Tips:

Level 1 - 20 cook shrimp, sardines, achiovy, herring or trout.
Level 20 - 65 cook trout, cod, pike, salmon, tuna, lobster bass or swordfish.
Level 65 + can cook Tuna without burning any.
Level 75 + Can cook Lobster without burning any (members can use cooking gauntlets to prevent burning Lobster at level 65 cooking).
Level 85 + Can cook swordfish without burning any (members can use cooking gauntlets to prevent burning swordfish at level 75 cooking).
Level 80 + Members can cook shark from level 76 but will burn more so 80+ level is suggested before cooking a lot of sharks
Level 95 + Members can use cooking gauntlets to prevent burning any sharks

Cooking Experience Tips:

Salmon can be caught quickly and give 90 exp each. Can really help raise cooking levels from level 25 to level 65.
Lobsters are traded often and can really boost cooking levels from level 40 to level 99. At level 65 members can cook without burning any which guarantees quicker experience.
Sharks give 210 experience when successfully cooked and when wearing cooking gauntlets at level 95 cooking you are guaranteed not to burn any.

Runescape Money Tips by Cooking:

Cooked shark can fetch upto 1000 coins each and are normally traded at the fishing guild or at Edgeville bank.

Other Runescape Cooking Tips:

If you are a member then cook only on member servers wearing the cooking gauntlets from the Family Crest Quest. These help reduce the amount of food you burn.
Cooking on a range will reduce the amount of food burnt so if a range is near to a bank players should make use of it.
