Level 1 - 20 will be fishing shrimp mainly and some achiovies from level 15.
Level 20 - 40 it is suggested to fish Trout and Salmon (from level 30 onwards)
Members can stick to fishing trout and salmon at Shilo Village until the reach their desired level to get into the fishing guild (Level 68).
Level 40 + is when you can catch Lobster although initially they will be quite slow gradually as you gain levels the speed of catching them will increase.
Level 76 will enable members to catch Shark although initially will be quite slow to catch.

Runescape Fishing Experience Tips:

Trout and Salmon fishing offer quick experience at level 40+. Trout will give 50 experience and salmon will give 90. The higher your fishing level the quicker you can catch them and get more experience.

Lobsters are a steady source of income and sell better when sold raw.
Raw shark offer good money but can be slow to catch. Normally 1000 coins for raw shark can be expected.
