Fletching Basics

by: Latona

Fletching in runescape is a valuable skill to have for members. Players can choose whether or not to supply their own ranging weapons or simply make money using the skill. As you increase your fletching level you will increase the amount of weapons you can make to benefit you within runescape.

The main weapons that you are able to make include arrows, bolts, bows and darts. Each weapon will enable you to train both ranging and fletching with some degree of variety.

Fletching is really easy to get started as you will only require a knife and some logs to be able to make arrowshafts.

When you have both a knife and some logs in your inventory you will be able to use the knife on the logs by left-clicking your mouse. As you will notice there is an option to choose what you wish to make. Initially, you will only be able to make arrowshafts so you should choose that option.

There is also an option to 'fletch x'. This simply makes fletching a lot easier as you do not have to continually click on every item that you wish to fletch. Items will have to be in your inventory and cannot be noted to use the fletch x option.
