Basic Defense Weapons and Info

Defense style of fighting on runescape determines how often opponents will hit you or rather your chances of evading their attempts to hit you. The higher your defense level the less often you will get hit. When a player manages to hit you, defense is not considered in how much damage you would take as that is based on the combat formula.

Armor within runescape has some level restrictions in order to be able to wear it. The tables below show which level is required to wear the equipment.

Barrows Items:

Barrows items have been introduced to runescape and are popular for their set affects. However, there are level restrictions in place before you can wear the items. The table below lists the items that require a defense level of 70 along with any other requirements
