Prayer Levelling Tips:

Level 1 - 40 anyone can use the boneyard in the wilderness. There are plenty of bones available but you should be weary of player killers.
Level 40 - 50 players may wish to fight any monster that drops big bones as they will be able to increase combat as well.
Level 50+ there are many options available. Non-members may stick to killing any monster that drops bones while members can fight dragons and stockpile bones. With the stockpile members should consider using the Ectofungus.

Prayer Experience Tips:

Big bones give 15 experience each and are the best experience available for non-members.
Members should use the Ectofungus for any bone that is Dragon or better as it gives 4 times the experience of bones over simply burying them.
Dragon Bones give 72 experience normally when buried and will give 288 experience when using the Ectofungus.
Fayrg bones will give 84 experience normally and 336 experience when using the Ectofungus.
Raurg bones will give 96 experience normally and 384 experience when using the Ectofungus
Dagannoth bones dropped by the King Dagannoth or some Dagannoth on Waterbirth Island will give 125 experience when buried normally and 500 experience when using the Ectofungus.
Ourg bones are currently the best bones available and give 140 experience when burying normally and 560 experience when using the Ectofungus.

Runescape Money Tips by Prayer:

Big bones will sell better on non-member servers as they are the best available for non-members.
Dragon bones are the most marketable bones on member servers and currently trade between 2000 - 2500gp each depending on the quantity and the buyer.
Stockpile dragon bones and dragon hides when training either mage or range on Blue Dragons at Ogre Enclave, or training melee on Green Dragons in the wilderness
Money can be made from burning Shades of Mort'on. Members will be able to burn the remains and loot chests in the temple.

Other Runescape Prayer Tips:

Burying bones is a lot faster than using the Ectofungus but will be 4 times more expensive. Balance time and costs effectively.
Members could melee Baby Blue Dragons for their bones in Taverley Dungeon. They give 30 experience each when buried and are useful for training melee on.
