Slayer monsters have also brought a lot of new items into Runescape that are dropped uniquely by them. The table below summarises these items and clearly show that slayer can be very useful to stock up on these items to sell, especially at higher levels of slayer.

It must be noted that monsters located at Canifis Slayer Tower will drop Black/Red Mystic items while monsters at Fremennik Slayer Dungeon will drop White/Gold Mystic items.
