Strength Tips

Strength Levelling Tips:
- Level 1 - 10 players should use the dummy at Varrock opposite the east bank. Players can also fight low level monsters such as chickens and cows.
- Level 11- 30 players can continue fighting cows and banking the cow hides for later use or for selling. Barbarians may also prove to be useful to levelling up melee when you can comfortably kill them. Al-Kharrid fighters are popular with non-members but it should be noted that you can be attacked by more than one at the same time so you will need to position yourself correctly to ensure only one is attacking you at any time.
- Level 31 - 50 players can look at fighting any level monster upto level 20. This will ensure they stand a good chance of hitting the monster and a lower risk of dying from being hit by the monster.
- Level 51- 90 players can continue fighting city guards and may consider moving onto lesser demons and other monsters. Hill giants prove to be quite popular for people at level 51+ combat. Members will have much more choice available and any monster half your current combat level can provide an ideal training monster.
- Level 91+ is really when any monster is viable to train against. The main thing is to make sure you have sufficient food when fighting any higher level monsters.
Strength Experience Tips:
- Fighting in Aggressive style will give you 4 experience points per damage point inflicted on an opponent.
- Fighting in controlled style will give you 1.3 experience points per damage point inflicted on an opponent.
Other Runescape Strength Tips:
- Using normal strength potion you can boost your strength level between 3 - 12 points depending on your current attack level.
- Using Super Strength potion you can boost your strength level between 5 - 19 points depending on your current attack level.
- Armour giving + bonus to your strength will help you hit opponents harder. This is in addition to weapons that give + bonus to your strength so all armour locations should have something on them to maximise your bonus.
- Zamorak Potion will give your strength between 2-13 points boost.
- Saradomin Brew will cause between 2-9 Strength points Loss.

I understand it is not the best guide ever and feedback is appreciated. The guide does mention some things to train on (level 1-10, 11-30, 31-50, 51-90 and level 91+), although there are almost endless possibilities for training strength in runescape, the aim was for it to be a basic guide.
