Mage Training at Shilo Village

Members who have completed the Shilo Village Quest can gain access to Shilo Village and a good training spot if you are able to wield the Slayer Staff. The slayer staff will enable you to autocast Crumble Undead spell which when used will hit hard on undead creatures.

Simply get to Shilo Village and get a sufficient stock of runes for casting Crumble Undead. Head over towards the gates but do not stand too close otherwise you will be hit by a green vapour that will do damage.

Maging at Shilo Village

The cost of using this spell can add up over time as you will be needing to use only runes. The slayer staff enables you to autocast the spell but does not take the place of any runes used in casting the spell. Staffs and battlestaffs do not enable you to autocast Crumble Undead but rather just normal combat spells. This can still be useful and save you runes.

Using this training spot there are no monster drops to concern yourself with nor are there any dangers if you stand far enough away from the gate. There is a bank very close so you can easily bank and do other things when you get bored.
