Woodcutting and Firemaking

Woodcutting and firemaking are defently not money making skills unless your a member (this is a free play guide) and get up to lvl 75 (1million xp) and so you can cut magic logs which are worth 1k each . Off all the skills i think woodcutting and firemaking are the easiest skills to get up as there relatively fool prooth. So lets start.

In this guide we have

tips
f2p training
the axes
the trees
quests

Tips

- Always Burn Your Lgos once you have a full inventory remember take a tinderbox.

- Get the best axe you can always.

- When your doing Yews get a tree that no autoer is using as autoers use them all the time to maek money for website who sell the money to people for real life money.

f2p

Begin by buying a iron axe a steel axe a mith axe a adamanate and rune axe

lvls 1 -15

Starting off at lumbridge and cut loads and burn them with your tinderbox. The best place to do this is behind Lumbridge Castle but you can also do this on the other side of the river south of the goblin house. Cut and burn every log you get. Keep doing this untill your lvl 15 in both firemaking and woodcutting. Normally you will gain more xp firemaking so dont worry if thats higher. After this its time to leave lumbridge. Remember at level 6 switch to a steel axe.

levels 15 - 30

At level 15 you have the ability to cut oak logs. Oaks are really easy to chop and get loads of xp also not many people chop them. I suggest chopping them south of draynor jail were there is a few oak trees. Keep cutting and burning them until your lvl 30.

levels 30 - 60

Willows!!!!!! Willows are easily the most popular logs to chop especially if your banking them at draynor bank were there isn't much of a chance of getting much xp. I suggest moving to Rimmington and chopping and burning willows. I no this sounds hard and will take ages but to move to another type of log you have to get in both woodcutting and firemaking you need to get to level 60.

level 60 +

Well now you can chop and burn yews. As there is normally a load of autoers then these are hard to cut I suggest trying another skill and training that up abit if you insisted on getting to 99 cut and burn yews in Edgeville.

Good luck woodcutitng and firemaking!
